All exhibitors are responsible for alternate pick-up arrangements if unable to pick up the art themselves, unless alternate arrangements are approved by OAC. Work not picked up may cause the Artwork(s) to be removed and, at OAC's option, stored at the artist’s cost. OAC will endeavor to give Artist notice of its intention to arrange for such storage.

The OAC Board may designate artworks not picked up within five (5) days of the exhibition closing as abandoned and will dispose of at their discretion.
